Business coaching for founders
Clarity before growth. Progress without pressure.
Most founders don’t need more motivation. They need to know where they’re going and have a practical way to get there. As a business coach in Bristol working with entrepreneurs across the UK, I help founders stop drifting, diagnose what’s actually holding them back, and build businesses that fit the person behind them.

The Success Framework
Four conditions that determine whether a business succeeds
After coaching over 300 founders, I’ve found that nearly every roadblock falls into one of these areas. When you know which one you’re dealing with, the path forward becomes obvious.

Where do you start?
It depends on where you are right now
Thinking about starting
Am I actually ready?
You’re employed but feeling the pull. Maybe you have an idea, maybe you just know you want something different. The question isn’t whether entrepreneurship is possible - it’s whether the timing, the fit, and the foundations are right for you specifically. This quiz helps you find out.

Why isn’t this working?
You’re doing the work but progress has stalled. Revenue isn’t where it should be, you’re overwhelmed, or something just feels off. The Success Framework diagnostic helps you pinpoint whether the real constraint is clarity, conviction, capability, or context - so you fix the right thing first.

Frequently asked questions about business coaching
How do I know if business coaching is right for me?
If you’re thinking about starting a business but feel unsure about your next step, or you’re already running one and something feels stuck, coaching can help you find clarity. The best way to find out is to take the free Success Framework diagnostic or book a no-obligation call.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
I work with founders at all stages, from professionals considering leaving employment to start something new, through to established businesses turning over seven figures. The common thread is ambition and a willingness to think differently about how they approach their business.
What can I expect from coaching sessions?
Each session is a structured conversation focused on the specific constraint holding you back right now. We use the Success Framework to diagnose whether the issue is clarity, conviction, capability, or context, and then work on practical next steps. No motivational speeches, just honest, actionable guidance.
Are coaching sessions online or in person?
Both. I’m based in Bristol and happy to meet in person locally. For founders elsewhere in the UK (or internationally), sessions run over Zoom. Most clients find online sessions work just as effectively.
How much does business coaching cost?
Coaching packages are tailored to your situation and goals. The best way to understand what would work for you is to book a free 30-minute diagnostic call. There’s no pressure and no hard sell, just an honest conversation about where you are and whether coaching would help.
What makes your approach different from other business coaches?
Most coaching starts with goal-setting or motivation. Mine starts with diagnosis. The Success Framework identifies which of four areas is actually holding you back, so we fix the right thing first. I’ve also been a founder myself, with a successful exit, so the advice comes from lived experience, not just theory.
